This policy explains what data fn8a collects across our marketing site (fn8a.com), the product (app.fn8a.com), our API, and embedded forms, and how we use it. fn8a is in early access — this policy will evolve as the product does; see the Beta Disclaimer below.
Marketing site (fn8a.com): we do not use cookies or analytics here. The only thing stored locally in your browser is your language preference (English/Russian), kept in localStorage on your device — we never see it.
Product (app.fn8a.com): when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We store the workflows you design and the data those workflows process and persist as they run — form submissions, step inputs and outputs, and execution history.
Embedded forms: if you fill out a form embedded on someone else's website, your submission is sent to fn8a to start the workflow that site's owner configured — we process that data on their behalf, not as an independent controller.
We use account data to authenticate you and operate your account, and workflow and execution data to run your workflows, show you their status and history, and provide support when you ask for it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workflow content to train AI models.
Google — for OAuth sign-in; Google's own privacy policy governs the data it holds about you.
AI providers — when a workflow runs an AI step, the relevant step input is sent to the AI provider configured for that step: an OpenAI-compatible API such as OpenAI or Anthropic, or a self-hosted model like Ollama, depending on your deployment. That data is subject to the provider's own terms.
We keep your account and workflow data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. Because fn8a is in early access, we may need to reset, migrate, or otherwise alter stored data as our schema and infrastructure evolve — we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this in advance, but we cannot guarantee data durability during the beta period the way we will once the product is generally available.
We use standard technical safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls — to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure, especially a product still in active early-access development. Let us know at the contact below if you notice anything that looks like a security issue.
You can ask us to access, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing legal@fn8a.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
fn8a is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as fn8a evolves, particularly as we move out of beta. We will update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we will try to give reasonable notice.
